*Daily commitments:
- Internet access and phone message check no more than 1 hour each day.
- Yoga every day (intermittently)
- Fresh salad, vegetarian protein and vegan protein shake every day
- 32 oz of water every day
- Green or Oolong tea to sip (while writing) with veggie snacks on the side (carrots/celery/cherry tomatoes)
- 1-2 glasses of wine in the evening

*Goal for the retreat is to finish my 80,000 word novel which is now (after some edits/cuts) at 43,810 words. My day will NOT focus on word count, but on the completion of an entire story. Regardless, I will post my word count every day with each blog note.
01 February 2021 (Monday):
- 10:00-11:00: Drive to grocery store and pick up food supplies
- 11:00-12:00: Drive to Retreat location
- Check in at noon: Porches Writer Retreat
- 12:00-13:00: Get writing room in order and eat lunch
- 13:00-18:00 Write (stand/stretch for 5 minutes of every hour)
